Call intelligence, in plain terms
Call intelligence for agencies is the practice of recording or transcribing sales and discovery calls, then reviewing them for what worked, what did not, and what to change before the next conversation. On Agency Call Intelligence, that means Tim Kilroy's Call Lab tools.
The goal is not surveillance. It is understanding. Tim Kilroy calls this Return on Understanding: the depth of your understanding of a prospect's business is directly proportional to your ability to sell to them, serve them well, and keep them. Call review shows whether a call built that understanding or just delivered a pitch.
